From 39 July through 3 August 2012, the University of Tartu will organise the 1st Martens Summer School on International Law in Pärnu, Estonia, the birth-town of Friedrich Martens. The theme of the summer school is “Russia and International Human Rights Law”. More details are available on the website of the Centre for EU-Russia Relations (CERUS). The deadline for submitting applications is 4 June 2012.
